Do you mean as tax deductions?  Lots of stuffs. You must look at rental property as a business and not as a personal property.  Firstly, you have to declare rental income.  From it, deductions are as follows:Mortgage interest, property tax, and depreciation.  Additionally, any and all repairs to the property, to include cost of refurbishment when vacant to re-rent. Traveling mileage back and fort to rental property to collect rent or to do repairs.  But you cannot deduct for your own labor if you do the repair work yourself.
