After being decliend for the first time, i intend to apply second time round so therefore i would like to know the procedure.

Always remember one thing. Don't provide any false detail or any fake document when applying for any visa. The procedure to apply for the second time is the same as the first time. However the visa officer will ask you about your disapproval previously. This is critical point. If there was a big mistake on your part in the first time then you might be refused for the second time. You didn't mention here the details of your previous disapproval. If you would have given, I could suggest you properly.
