He doesn't want to do his day to day work and keeps everything pending.Earlier he used to study of his own and was getting up to 95%.Now I am forced to involve in his studies, which he doesn't like. His friends circle also recently changed.

It is apparent that he has started to have an interest in his personal life so much that now he is not keeping up with his studies. In my opinion you should tell him that if he wants to go hang out with a friend or do a extra activity than he needs to does all of his hw. Now onto the topic of making him interested in it well in my opinion the best thing to do is go to his teachers ask them for help on that.

Apparently he's started to notice girls. You need to come up with some kind of punishment/reward system. Wherein if his grades slip he can't go out with his friends and if he does better then he can stay out later. It's analogous to real life.
