Pretaining to illegal guns...."We will find you arrest you and put you in jail" my way of thinking is if you are arrested you are already in jail,wouldn't you think.....

No, just because you are arrested doesnt mean you are incarcerated... And even if it DID (which it does not), that still would not line up with the definition of "double talk".

Thank you for your answer, but could you explain, how being arrested is so different of course if you say arrested it does not mean sntenced but arrested does mean you are apprehended for a time until the paper work etc. Is handled, so I'm waiting for your explanation, don't leave me hanging......
