Ganga is known to be the longest river of India. The total length of the Ganga River from its source that is from the origination point till its mouth (measured along the Hughli) is about 2525 km. Almost 1450 km of the 2525km is in the Uttar Pradesh. That is the 445 km is in Bihar and the 520 km is in West Bengal. The remaining 110 km out of the 1450km is a stretch of the Ganga that forms a boundary between Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
