    Congratulations, it must feel great to be in your last year of study. I have a suggestion, which may help you to decide about your final year project.

    I found a website www.aade.com/ which is dedicated to electronics hobbyists, engineers and Radio Amateurs for folks interested in creating projects. Kits and hardware can be purchased to create your own version of items like a plug and play unit or your own radio creation.

    You will also find a set of favorite links for new ideas on circuit designs and analysis. You will find parts suppliers and free electronics design programs, construction articles and much more.

    Maybe you could design a device a child wears when in water/swimming pool. The device would alert a parent his/her child is in danger of drowning. The parent wears a receiver and the child wears a water proof transmitter.
