Any pain less growth on penis can be STD. Only test can confirm this. Usually the condition of painless growth is called syphilis. This is an bacterial infection caused by Treponema pallidum. This painless growth will be removed automatically but will appear after 2 months on entire body with fever, malaise and enlargement of lymph node and red rash on chest. The third stage is very dangerous causing problems to heart , vessels and brain. Go for syphilis test.
