    The Indian culture is manifested by a high scale of syncretism. India has over the period of years managed to preserve as well as adopt new cultures and traditions. The presence of many cultural practices, languages, customs and monuments are some examples of its multi ethnic culture, which has been present here over the period of years.

    Prominent structures like the Taj Mahal are examples of the Islamic-inspired architecture, which has been innate from the Mughal Empire. The Indian music is largely branched out; its classical music is distributed between North Indian Hindustani and South Indian Carnatic customs.

    Hugely famous form of music comprise of Filmi and folk music like the Bhangra. There are many varied forms of classical dances like the Bharatnatyam, Kathakali, Kathak, Kuchipudi, Manipuri, Odissi and Yashagana. The traditions of India are highly respected worldwide.
