Bobbie or Bobby Petrino is the coach of the University of Louisville. His real name is Bernard Petrino. He is the 13th head coach of the Atlanta Falcons. He signed a 10-year contract with the Louisville University which he broke when he accepted to become the head coach of Atlanta Falcons. This earned him a lot of bad publicity and as per a clause in the contract he signed for Louisville he will have to pay $1 million to the school for his breach of promise.
As to commenting on this act it is better to say that one should not be very judgmental. While the breach of promise and his incapability to honour his 10 year contract is certainly a bad mark on his personality and a blemish on his character, it can also be argued that he just made use of a good opportunity for his progress. Yet it certainly sets a bad example to others that a prominent teacher and coach is not fulfilling his promise and going back on it just for the sake of a better opportunity and money.
