    My Landlord Refuses To Replace A Shower That Will Not Drain, The Shower Was Improperly Installed And All Of The Water Runs To The Opposite Side Of The Shower, Also A Leaking Water Connection In The Wall Was Capped Off With A Pressure Gauge, That Was 2 Or 3 Weeks Ago, Now After Removing Some Old Wallpaper In A Bathroom I Have Found Mold, What Can I Do About This???

    Depending on the state you live in there are different agencies that handle this problem. Go to the Department of Housing and Urban Development web site and select your state from the list to find the proper authority in your area. Best of luck.
