I Have A Dog Whose Pupil On One Eye Is Glazed Over. She Did Not Have This Condition One Day And Two Days Later It Appeared-one Eye. She Has No Problems Seeing. Can You Help?

The vet only gave me and antiseptic (neosporin) to put on her eye.

I would contact your veterinarian about your dog's condition.  It seems they did not explain the diagnosis clearly.  Topical anti-biotics are used for conjunctivitis.  Other causes of cloudy eyes are cataracts (they can develop suddenly especially when secondary to diabetes), nuclear sclerosis, lens luxation, or ocular foreign body.
