Well, first off the doctors say that I have psoriasis for 16 years now. I joined groups who share the same disorder, and most people pick at it all day and even in the night. I deal with it the same way, however, I try to control myself when I think someone is watching.

Hi I posted the question, actually there is this creme type moisterizer that I use and it helps with itching and dryness.One is dermarest, the other is called aquaphor by eucirein. You can buy both of them at the local walmart and they do not stink or harm your skin. Thanks
