I Am In Search Of A Glass Block Betta Fish Bowl Kit?

Hi there, HOPE you can help me. A local convenience store was selling glass block fish bowl kits with a Betta fish in them. He is no longer selling them, but won't tell me where he got them except to say he ordered them from New York. My mom fell in love with it and I want to get her one for Christmas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Even if you know where I can get just the glass block already cut for this purpose.
