How Does MSG Affect Plant Growth?

Amino acids are found in balanced combinations in proteins. The excessive use of free glutamic acid (or MSG) on crops leads to an imbalance in the combination of amino acids. Sprays such as AuxiGro, which is a product which is manufactured by Emerald BioAgriculture, contain L-glutamic acid, D-glutamic acid, pyroglutamic acid and other chemicals. D-glutamic acid, pyroglutamic acid and the other chemicals found in free glutamic acid (or MSG) are known in the agricultural sector and in agro-based industries as contaminants.
The processed free glutamic acid (or MSG) which is present in the spray is definitely absorbed into the body of the plant. It affects the fruit, the nuts, the seeds or the vegetables produced by these plants in an adverse manner. The plant, however, is not stimulated to grow if the free glutamic acid is not absorbed into the body and other parts of the plant.
