Can A Landlord Evict A Tenant In The Winter Months?

I have a friend who is being evicted due to lack of payment, is it illegal for a landlord to evict someone in the winter months in Pa.?

    Unfortunately, there is nothing in any rental contract that takes in consideration for weather when eviction is declared. Landlord must give prescribed notice by law as to how many days notice is required, but that can be done anytime.
