Today, almost all companies have come to rely on the old communication equipment, the telephone. An interviewee has to rely on his quick thinking prowess to handle such interviews, and he also has to be aware of the most frequently asked questions during an interview, and prepare for them before he attempts a telephone interview.
According to experts, these are some of the frequently asked questions for such an interview: the name of the company where you worked in previously, the description of your position title and job, what responsibilities did you have to handle, what your salary levels were, what your expectations from the job were, and were they met, what challenges, if any, did you face during the tenure, and were you able to deal with them successfully, why are you leaving that job, why have to come to this company, why were you fired, and so on.
Prepare well, and there is no reason not to succeed in a telephone interview. All the Best!
