It depends upon the type of pimples which can be infected, non infected, cystic or nodulo-cystic etc. Usually it is age related and is self treated after certain
age but leaves behind scars. All treatments available are
management not cure. Idea of the treatment is that when patient enters
in to acne free age the he/she should be free from the scars. If you
are female then discuss with your doctor about anti androgen pills in
combination with topical preparations and if you are male then use
isotretinoin cream. Also clean your face twice in a day with soap which does not change pH of face.
