Can Anyone Give Me Some Details About Donald Duck?

Donald duck made his debut in the " silly symphony" cartoon " the wise little hen" on June 9, 1934, Donald duck has over the years not only entertained children but adults as well and has become one of the most popular Disney characters.

His fiery temper and quirky voice endeared his to his audience immediately. The daily Donald duck comic strip began on February 7, 1938 and in 1940's he overtook Mickey mouse by appearing in 128 cartoons. Donald duck always dresses in a sailor shirt, a cap and a bow tie; is hot-headed but has a good hearted and intentions. In a world always trying to keep him down, some unforeseen events bring out Donald's negative side. As stubborn as he is temperamental, he won't give in, even when he is up to his beak in trouble. One of his annoying habits is finding the faults of others but never finding out any in himself.

Today his face appears on many merchandise items including lunch boxes, caps, shoes etc.
