    I'm On Month To Month. I Gave My Notice @ The Beginning Of Dec., The Landlord Wants To Charge Me For Jan. Rent. I Am Only Required To Give A 30 Day Notice. I Don't Have To Pay It?

    No, you don't need to pay as you are on month to month lease agreement. You gave the notice and paid for the month. The act of the landlord is unlawful and you can sue him in this case.
