I'm On Month To Month. I Gave My Notice @ The Beginning Of Dec., The Landlord Wants To Charge Me For Jan. Rent. I Am Only Required To Give A 30 Day Notice. I Don't Have To Pay It?
I live in San Diego, California. Please confirm that I don't have to pay Jan. Rent. Thank you.
