    In The State Of Texas How Many Days Does The Landlord Have To Give Us To Vacate?

    We received an eviction notice on the 18th of the month and our landlord has only given us till the 31st to vacate? I need to know if that is legal or if it is 30 days

    Depending on what is in the lease and what the laws are in Texas that can very well be legal.  Good-Luck.
