ADHD is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder which is a behavioral disorder. The ADHD is diagnosed by a psychiatrist through  solving  a quiz. The points obtained in the quiz will diagnose the ADHD or  depression. If ADHD is diagnosed then he will send your daughter to a ADHD specialist other wise he will treat. Do not consider your daughter as a patient of ADHD until diagnosed by doctor.

My son had these symptoms, but I thought he was just a normal boy, which he was, but had him tested and he did have ADHD, when he would just blurt things out in class. The medication caused severe mood swings that were hurting him more than the Adhd. Now they have a lot more different medications, but testing is still the best idea. AcmorenO is very thorough on his recommendation, and I would follow his advice.

Have her tested in a range of areas, namely: Hearing, vision, IQ, mental health etc. My son has central auditory processing disorder and school told me to medicate him.  he did/does not need medication, only special provisions for test taking.  please think twice before treating her for ADHD.  best of luck to you both
