The best remedy so far for getting rid of lizards is empty egg shell. You can place the empty egg shells in your back yard and front yard the lizards would go away on their own. Apart form that you can also use powders and other repellents to get rid of lizards.

Why would you want to get rid of lizards? They're there to control the insect population and cause no harm at all.
