    Saccharomyces cerevisiae are a breed of budding yeast. It is the most essential yeast which was very popular in the olden times. You cannot see the saccharomyces cerevisiae through the naked eye. You need to keep it under a microscope. Saccharomyces cerevisiae are round white bubbles which usually stay together or scatter around. It is most commonly used in beer breweries all around the world. It is also known as a top fermenting yeast. As it is a little sweet in taste due to the content of sugar, the beer tastes a little sweet. It is also known as ale yeasts.
