I was just diagnosed with shingles and i have a job where i might have to come in contact with persons that are vulnerable (pregnant women, children, immuno-compromised etc.) So I'm not going in to work until i go through the infection part. I caught it early so if I don't develop the sores (oozing) I will go in to work in a couple of days. Not worth it to possibly infect others and be contagious at work.
