    The non 3D screen savers are non moveable and the 3D screen savers are moveable graphics. The non 3D screen savers are also known still back grounds and graphics; it is mostly used in old technology or the lower system configuration because it has fewer graphic and didn't use a high graphics. These are just like .jpeg, .gif and .png etc. these formats mostly used in non moveable or non 3D screen savers. These kind of screen savers use the less system resources that is why these kind of screen savers were used in past computer technology.

    The 3D screen savers are used in most advanced computer because they use the most system resources. This kind of screen savers are developed in the heavy graphical software like flash, coral draw, micro media dream weaver etc. these are the variable themes behind this, like a fish in water and moving like real water, it uses the more memory and system resources and the latest direct X software, it also need the latest video card to run the 3D screen savers normally. The digital and analog clocks, fireworks text are also some examples of the 3D screen savers which are mostly used in computer now days.
