Well I absolutely agree that you should take her to the vet. Is she old? If she is getting older it most definitely could be arthritis, but you have to be careful of a torn cruciate, especially if she jumped off of something and landed on it wrong. Take her to your vet and they will most likely X-Ray her. But if it's something more simple like arthritis then she will just have to be on medication like Rimadyl or Deramaxx. It is also safe to give her a buffer aspirin; because of her size she could take one in the morning and one at night for pain. ABSOLUTELY NO TYLENOL OR IB PROFIN!! Hope this helps.
