Can An Amer. Eskimo Get Shaved?
We own a mixed breed dog. He appears to be a black American Eskimo. We have been told probably mixed with schipperke. We have fairly hot summers here & would like to know if it is ok to shave his coat.

Sure... And he'll love you for it!
At first he may seem a little humiliated, but then he'll start acting like a frisky pup... No matter how old he is.
