My Hamster Is Pretty Old ,about 2 1/2 Years. The Past Few Months It Has Gotten Extremely Fat And Weighs A Pound, Even Though We Feed It The Recommended Amount,any Idea?
 Yes, poor Emilio. It is tough to watch pets grow old and two and a half years is pretty old for a hamster. To help with Emilio's eye problem try taking a wet q-tip and very gently wiping his eye from the corner out towards his nose. Have you noticed him drinking more water than usual lately? Weight gain and increased water consumption could be an indicator of a tumor. |
