    My Farther Is 89 And Is Now Living In My Home, But He Wants To Add Me To His Deeds Of The House As His Is The Only Name On It And I'm His Sole Carer, We Live In Wales, What Should We Do?

    My farther had cancer 3 months ago and has now moved in with us he owns a home which he has left to me any way in his will but he would like to put me on his house deeds so that I can sell the house on his behalf and bye the one that we now live in with him but we want to now if we can do this with out a lawyer and if so how.

    The best thing you could do is to talk to a realtor about this. They would be best suited to help you, and at least tell you what you can do. Hope this helps.
