    Can My Cat Get Sick From Licking The Flea Shampoo?

    I just finished giving my cat a flea bath for the first time. It was very traumatic for him. He got away before i was able to rinse off the shampoo. He started licking his fur. Can he get sick from this. Later I was able to catch him and I think i got most of it off. He is not happy right now. I worry that he might get sick from this.Please advise

    He could get sick from it because it's shampoo i'd take him to the vets asap xx

      I would just call and ask a vet. If the shampoo is specially formulated for cat's then I would think it safe. Otherwise there would be too many lawsuits.
