What Are Some Dos And Don'ts On Making New Friends?
Answers
Some dos and donts on making new friendships:
DO
Visit places or groups or social occasions where you are likely to meet up with new people most often
ask questions, encourage other people to talk about themselves as much as possible, this makes them feel more comfortable wit you.
see if a group of friends would like to meet up on another occasion
find people with similar interests, it will help later to have something to talk about?
DONT
appear too desperate, it just tends to put people off.
talk about yourself continuously.
rely entirely on the internet to make friends
ask questions of new people as if they were in an interrogation
don't focus in on one person
give up if your first experience is negative, some people are just rude and difficult, now these people can also be friends but this kind of thing can put off people easily.
