At 140 lbs. I would not worry about Calories. Just increase protein intake decrease carbs 30 to 50% and do 30 to 60 min of cardio and weights three to four days a week

Well, to lose 20-25-or more calories, you need to eat 500-700 calories a day, and do 2 hours of cardio a day!! It sounds really hard, but after a month, you'll love the new you! You have to be committed, its gonna be tough, but do your best!

You need to decide what weight you want to be.. For instance you want to be 125 then take 125 x 7 which will give you the calories you need each day to keep or stay at that weight.. Simple..
