How Much Fat Should You Have On Your Diet?

    I'd be interested to know. Conventional wisdom said 60:30:10, 60% carbohydrate, 30% fat, 10% protein. Nowadays it's anyone's guess, soon we'll be told to live entirely fat free which will be difficult because fat is an important component of cells, and we need to produce billions of new cells every day.
