Asking a guy out even before knowing him sounds funny dear. What you have to do is make him realise that you are interested in him by just smiling and giving a deep and affectionate look at him then slowly progressing by saying to him hi, hello then talking to him Knowing him and letting him know you and your feeling this will surely make him understand that you are interested in him and Im sure he'll love you rcompany if you really mean what you have asked in the question.
