Do You Think Having A Diary/journal Will Help You?

Yes, I personally don't have one but I know going over the days events will help you better understand the future and learn from mistakes

That depends entirely upon what kind of help you are looking for. I think that for many people it does help, because to write something causes you to slow down and concentrate. That in turn makes a turbulent mind and emotional spirit settle down, which allows for more clarity and a closer connection to what may be causing your emotions or thoughts at the time. It also helps to "program" your brain, you forget what you say, but written words seem to be emblazoned on our very souls.

If keeping a diary doesn't help, one might not use them at all. Its really a very personal choice.I cannot leave home without my mobile ,diary and the pen.
Lists help me a lot. Jotting down is important to me lest I forget/skip
something. Keeping a diary is something i learnt from my father.I don't
use one for penning down thoughts tho, its more for reminders, things
to do etc.

Yes, I do. Yet again, I don't have one either, but it's good to keep your memories in the past in your diary. For example, if you made a mistake and you put it in your diary. You can learn from it.Hope this helps :)
