    I Was Sold A Car For $9,800. It Got Repo. They Have Been Garnishing My Wages = $3500. He Says I Owe $6000, He Sold My Car. Do I Have To Pay The Full Price Since He Sold The Car?

    I have all my receipts and the total amount they have already garnish is on my check stubs.

    You should owe the full price minus what he sold the car for. Keep this question open because I'm not 100%.

      No, you have to pay the difference between the price you owed in total and what the dealer /bank sold it for . Which they should have to disclose in a letter to you showing what they sold it for and how much you still owe.
