Albert Hamilton Fish was born on the 19th of May in the year 1870 in Washington D.C in the United States of America.  His family had a history of mental illness and many family members suffered from it. His father was basically a river boat captain and then a fertilizer manufacturer. When his father died his mother put him in an orphanage where Fish was whipped often. He came to New York in 1890 and started acting as a male prostitute and began raping young boys.

His mother arranged his marriage and he had six children with his wife who then left him for another man in the year 1917. He killed his first victim in 1910 and stabbed him to death. In the year 1928 he abducted, molested and killed Grace Budd who was a ten year old girl. Seven years after the kidnapping a letter was sent to the parents of Grace which then finally led the police to Fish. In 1927 he abducted and killed another minor. Fish was arrested and was found guilty for the murder of Grace Budd and was sentenced to death. On the 16th of January in the year 1936 he was executed. He is also referred as the Brooklyn Vampire.
