Do You Have Any Knowledge How To Be A Customer Service Representative?

    Customer Service Representative usually called CSR is a high valued job which concern high-involvement  communication with the customer. So a person should have high command on two types of languages; (a) customers local language (b) international language that is English. The CSR is supposed to be confident, knowledgeable person representing his company to the customers. The representative should have a decent personality with an attitude to carry his abilities. About the qualification for the CSR every company have different criteria but the language and other constraints remain the same.

      Be nice, be patient and above all listen.  Listen to their complaints and questions before formulating your answer.  You won't be able to satisfy everyone but listen to their problems.
