Champagne cocktails are fizzy, delicious and great for special occasions! Here are a couple of simple ones that I just love.
Kir Royale
The Classis Champagne Cocktail!
Pour about 1/2 shot of Creme de Cassis into the bottom of a champagne flute. Top up with chilled champagne andgarnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Champagne Celebration
1/2 shot of Cointreau
1/2 shot of brandy
A sugar lump (brown is good!)

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Add the Cointreau and the brandy. Top up slowly with champagne. garnish with an orange twist!
First Love

1/2 shot of gin
1 tsp sugar
1 shot cherry liqueuer
Pour all of the ingrediants into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Fresh fizzy taste with a kick! Champagne with a twist.
