Making a pin wheel is a very easy job. You just need materials like wall paper or construction paper, dressing pin, penny, pencil, eraser or a dowel and crayons or colour pencils. First take the wall paper or construction paper and cut it into the shape of a square of 6" x 4". Then decorate a plain paper with the help of crayons or colour pencils. Then draw line in the diagonal shape from corner to corner.
Take the penny and trace its shape by keeping it n the centre of the diagonal lines. Remove the penny and cut along the diagonal lines till the edge of the circle drawn with the help of the penny. Now fold each corner into the centre and attach them together with the dressing pin. Now attach this pin to the top of the dowel or the pencil. Your pin wheel is ready. Hold it to the wind or fasten it to your bike.
