How Long Can You Keep Brewed Iced Tea?
My employer would like to save the brewed iced tea over night and use the next day. I always thought it had to be thrown out at the end of the day. I'm also wondering if it is a health code violation.

It's safe to keep the tea overnight, even for a couple of days, it's not a violation that I am aware of. Hope this helps.
