In the context of research, secondary sources of data can be majorly categorized into two groups which include qualitative and quantitative. The major and reliable sources of secondary data include, International data source, which provides all data records related with economic and political aspects. Second source can be ICPSR, which was established in the year 1962 and it is a very active social science research organization. The third data source can be Integrated Public Use Microdata Series, which collects historical census files from other countries. Another source is Bureau of Labor Statistics, which can give all secondary data related with employment, industrial relations, prices etc. These are the four primary sources of secondary data and published researches usually contain data from these sources. Moreover, data can be collected from memoirs, surveys, newspapers, etc.
