    Are Both Parents' Name On A Birth Certificate?

    I live in pa and my biological father was from jersey and I was left out of the estate but he worked and resided in pa for my entire childhood

    Unless the mother and father separated and she didn't name your father as the father. It is a hard thing to prove if you can't get dna to prove that you are his child. Hope this helps, good luck to you.

      Yes, that is usually the case. Both of your parents' name is on your birth certificate. But the mother has the option to take it off the certificate. Having your father's name on your birth certificate is a must!

      Yes it is unless your mom chose to leave his name off the certificate. Maine has both my parents on it, but my sister purposely didn't put the fathers name on my nieces.
