    Eat healthy, walk at least one hour a day (jog or run if you can, but just go for 1 hour at least) do push ups (for upper chest), and do a crap load of squats and situps ever day. To do a squat put your hands on your head and bend your knees until your at a perfect 90 degree angle (like your sitting in a chair), then stand up and kick with one leg as high as you can and squat back down then come up and kick with the other leg (that is ONE squat). Do at least 30 of those a day (if done right you will want to keal over after about 2). Add that in to the routine shown here www.youtube.com if you follow that and do it every day it is GUARENTEED that you will get a six pack. Also if possible take up swimming it builds up muscle like crazy.
