This behaviour is very peculiar and you are right to be concerned. To be honest is there was someone else in the picture, she'd probably be looking after her personal hygiene in order to impress the other person. Normally a sign that someone was seeing someone else would be an increase in their time spent grooming themselves.
If she has just taken on a new job then perhaps she is feeling under pressure. Sometimes when we feel down on ourselves, stressed out or depressed our confidence in ourselves sexually deteriorates, our ability, want or need to look attractive decreases and we start to push people away.
I would say to you that perhaps you talk to her gently to see if everything is ok. Give her the chance to talk to you and let you know what's going on. Let her know that you are there. Tell her you are worried that she's not taking care of herself.
This could be hard for both of you, but its important to do this before it gets any worse.

I agree 100 percent . When I get stressed out, feel down, I push people away. I just wish others would understand what really going on.
