All cats with bloody urine need to be examined by a veterinarian and have a urinalysis run.  You cannot say it is related to stress without ruling out medical causes--like urinary tract infection, bladders stones, or kidney infection/stones.  Most cats with a urinary tract infection continue to eat normally and have a normal amount of energy.  Sterile cystitis (stress cystitis) is much more common in male cats than females.  Urinary tract infections are more common in female animals related to anatomy.  Your veterinarian can discuss your cat's environment, daily routine, and food to determine if there causes of anxiety and stress.  They will also prescribe medication as needed.

There can be a number of causes of your cat passing blood in the urine. It can be due to bladder infection called Cystitis. To avoid this, you can feed it with more fish with added water and wet food. It is recommended to avoid dry food as it has too high a level of carbohydrates which is not very natural for cats. It also causes over eating which can causes diabetes; overweight and older cats can get Cystitis more quickly.

Stress also causes Cystitis. Some cats feel stressed when they are young. De-stressing medicines can help in this case, but the best solution is love and provide wet food to them. In case of your cat, it seems that the causes of this is stress since it is young as well as she does not mix up with other animals. Moreover, other causes can be trauma, tumors and urinary track obstruction. As your cat is eating fine, it seems it is suffering from Cystitis caused by depression. You need to spend more time with it and involve it in play. It is advisable to take it to vet for a complete check up and urine test, if required.
