The guitar player that is featured in the latest Gibson Guitars Advertisement is the guitar player for one of India's leading Nu-Age Band called "Pin Drop Violence". His name is Mithun Poojari. Mithun is also popularly known as the "GriDKiD".
The band was formed in the November of 2000. Pin Drop Violence is a hardcore Nu-Metal band from India. The band consists of Pradeep Miranda (vocals) Mithun (Guitar) Vispy (guitar) Veeru (Drummer) and Pman (Bass Player). They played their first ever show in Razz (a Metal hub for the Indian Metal Scene) where they opened for the veteran rockers Naked Earth. After a couple of gigs they again opened for a very big name in the Indian Rock Scene called Sceptre.
Pin Drop Violence has virtually won every competition they have ever entered.
