There are so many scientific researches that prove that increased weight always affects human health adversely. Obesity or the increased weight is disease and it affects human health and growth as well. It might shorten the life time of the person. We can not say that an ideal weight and an increased weight can be used alternatively because an ideal weight is the result of good health and proper body development but the increased weight is nothing more than the disease.

It is common observation that the persons with increased weight suffer from various disease. Beside this obvious fact this is still has not been proved that is there any direct association between the weight and the death aspect. So, one can say with full confidence that the association between the aspects of the health and weight is still unidentified. The existing methodical and scientific facts do not sufficiently hold up a fundamental association between increased weights and bad health consequences.

So, it is obvious that both of these terms can not be used alternatively and there are so many diseases that are the results of the increased weight. Ratio of heart disease is greater in heavy weight persons than the persons having appropriate weight.
