 If someone breaks into a building, who pays for the repairs, the landlord or the renter?
I asked this ? And someone answered but I did not get the answer...please let me know?

 Well I'm not perfectly sure of who should pay the rent but if you are living in the house, and if the damage is effecting you in any way then obviously you have to pay for it or else you can talk to the landlord to fix it. which usually the landlord don't do.
