Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

In its basic sense copyright is a group of exclusive rights regulating the application of a precise expression. In different parts of the world different methods are followed to copyright a particular article and thing, hence it would be difficult to tell the exact procedure for copyrighting.

Copyright may consist of a broad variety of creative, intellectual, or artistic types of work. Copyright laws often cover only the particular type or manner in which notions of information have been marked.

In certain jurisdictions copyright laws offer scope for satirical or interpretive works which can themselves be copyrighted. Other laws may enforce legal restrictions on replication or use where copyright does not like, trademarks and patents. Articles that have been marked under the copyright act generally have a C symbol on them.
